If there are any issues with your emails we will contact you to inform you of the issue. Once the email is sent out, it is up to the talent to respond to the email using the contact information you provided. You can always call our booking department if you have questions. If you prefer to see it yourself, you can verify that your emails have been sent by doing the following:
Log into your casting directors account
View already posted castings
Review casting
Find talent for this role
Choose your like-it list review and contact talent
Under your send emails to all options will be a link that says you have already X emails. If you select that hyperlink, you will see who has received emails and when they were sent.
