Step 1) Sign in to exploretalent.com from the home page.
Step 2) once you're signed in you want to click on the view of already posted castings.
Step 3) Click on review casting next to the project you wish to contact talent from
Step 4) Scroll down to the role you wish to contact talent on and then click on Find Talent for This Role (it will be highlighted in yellow).
Step 5) you now have a choice of two lists to review talent from List 1
This is your Pre-Submission list that we gather for you of the talent we have that meets the criteria of what you're looking for List 2. This is your Self-Submission list that shows the talent that has submitted themselves to your casting (At the bottom of this page is a manual search this function allows you to do a more basic search of talent that is in your area if you are unable to find the talent you're looking for off of the other two lists.)
Step 6) Select the list that you wish to review talent from
Step 7) Then you want to click on the add to the like-it-list box next to talents you wish to contact.
Note: before you go to the next page on any list if you have selected talent you must hit the submit button to add talent to the like-it list and then go to the next page. Also, you may view the talent's full profile by simply clicking on their headshot.
Step 8) once you have added all talent you wish to contact to the like-it-list and are ready to email them - Click on view list and contact talent, to access like-it-list
Step 9) then click on - send emails to all (there's a green arrow next to this function.) This will bring up an email box for you to input your message to the talents.
Note: Make sure you include all info talent may need in the body of the email. Example: Audition info/your contact info/anything you may need in return from the talent to further review.
