How do I contact talents?

Step 1) Sign in to exploretalent.com from the home page. Step 2) once you're signed in you want to click on the view of already posted castings. I sent out an email through the like it list and have not gotten a response. Did my email go out?

If there are any issues with your emails we will contact you to inform you of the issue. Once the email is sent out, it is up to the talent to respond to the email using the contact information you provided. You can always call our booking department if you have questions. Why did my casting deactivate when I made changes to it?

Whenever any changes are made to a project, it is automatically deactivated so that the changes can be reviewed by the booking specialists for quality assurance purposes to ensure that only casting calls of the highest caliber are posted on our site.

When filling out my casting director profile, can the talents see my email address and phone number?

No. Your information is kept strictly confidential and only used internally in the booking department to contact you for verification purposes.

How long does it take for the email I sent out using the like it list to be approved?

Emails will be reviewed and either approved or disapproved by the end of the next business day. If your emails are disapproved we will call you to provide a reason.

How many roles can my project have?

There is a 52 role limit. If your project requires more roles please feel free to post a second casting.

How many different projects can I have active at a time?

There is no limit to the number of different projects you can have posted at one time. However, we will not activate a posting that we believe is a duplicate. Exceptions would include casting for crew.

How long does it take for a project to be activated?

Projects posted directly through our site are usually posted within 24 hours during our business week. Quick posts or projects sent to us through other means are usually posted within 24 to 48 hours. Postings can be delayed if we have any questions concerning your posting. We will call you with any questions we have regarding your casting.
